The Glam Nation tour keeps living up to its name, and now Adam Lambert is making the big show even bigger. Adam Lambert tickets are now available for five more dates, bringing the tour up to 70 shows. Lambert is a true professional buy all accounts, and is a work horse along the lines of Lady Gaga. The added tour dates are hardly likely to be the last announced as each sold show begets another concert as this talented performer proves Kris Allen may have won American Idol, but he is conquering the country one concert at a time.
Adam Lambert has been busy since last touring with his fellow American Idol contestants in the summer of 2009. He has released his debut album For Your Entertainment and witnessed as it has gone platinum in Canada and gold in New Zealand. Now, he is set to tour North America on his headlining Glam Nation tour. Adam Lambert tickets are available for a growing list of concert dates, beginning with two radio station concerts in May in Los Angeles and Mansfield, MA and a number of dates at smaller venues in June and August. Oriantha and Allison Iraheta (also of American Idol fame) will be joining him as the opening act.
Adam Lambert is the name attached to that theatrical voice that has made him among the favorites for the eighth season of American Idol. Although he has yet to appear as even a supporting act, he seems destined to have Adam Lambert tickets printed for a headlining tour once the competition is over, even if he does not win.
He was born on January 29, 1982 and grew up in San Diego, encouraged to use theater as a creative outlet. By the age of 10 he was on stage on San Diego's Lyceum Theater in Your're a Good Man Charlie Brown. The stage career continued when he was cast in The Ten Commandments at the Kodak Theatre in a production that included Val Kilmer. When Wicked became a national sensation, he was cast as the understudy for the character Fiyero in the touring and Los Angeles company. These performances may have sold tickets, but these seats have not been to listen to Adam Lambert sing specifically.
