American Idols Live Tickets
The tenth season of American Idol is counting down, but the Top 11 have already been selected and they are preparing to sell American Idols Live tickets performing together one last time for a tour that will run from July 6 to September 10, 2011. American Idol Season 10 opened with a host of new judges replacing Simon Cowell, Ellen DeGeneres, and Kara DioGuardi with Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler. Randy Jackson is the lone original judge to remain with the show through its 10th season.
The Top 11 contestants who will be performing during the American Idols Live tour will include Casey Abrams, Thia Megia, Jacob Lusk, Lauren Alaina, Stefano Langone, Haley Reinhart, Scotty McCreeney, Pia Toscano, Paul McDonald, Naima Adedapo, and James Durbin. As of yet the winner is undetermined, but Alaina, McCreery, or Reinhart will be walking away with a major recording contract after the Live Tour is over.

 American Idol debuted on June 11, 2002. The Simon Cowell production is a spin off of the popular UK talent competition Pop Idol and kicked off the comeback of the televised talent show. Many copy cats have emerged since, but none has been able to trump American Idol as one of the most watched programs every year, according to the Nielsen ratings.
The mission of the program is to find the next big solo artist, thus the show appeals to a very specific type of music. The winners tend to straddle the line between adult contemporary and country, though some, like Fantasia Barrino and Jordin Sparks, have made an imprint on the R&B genre. Certainly American Idol tends to appeal to a certain audience. No, they are not all preteen and teenage girls, rather the show does particularly well in the South, which would explain why country and adult contemporary singers are so often victorious in the end.
OnlineSeats has American Idols Live tickets to see the latest tour following the end of the season. This season has been particularly competitive and has remained a national favorite despite the new judges. It seems the talent has been good enough to overlook any rough edges from the new committee.
