This year's Hawaii Bowl will see Southern Methodist University playing in its first bowl since 1984. Ironically, the SMU Mustangs may feel as though they are facing their old Pony Express of the 80s as they go against the Nevada Wolf Pack's rushing offense which is the best in the nation – with three 1,000-yard rushers! The game will also be the first time SMU coach June Jones is returning to the islands since leaving the University of Hawaii for SMU two seasons ago.
