Artist Biography - Devil Music Ensemble
The Devil Music Ensemble was formed in Boston in the year 1999. The group is comprised of Brendon Wood who plays well on guitars, lap steel, and synthesizer; Jonah Rapino who is known for working magic while playing electric violin, vibraphone, and synthesizer; and Tim Nylander who creates ripples while playing on drums, percussion and synthesizer.
The Devil Music Ensemble has marked its presence in the musical world as leading primary American group who is all busy in composing and performing scores for silent films.
The DME has generated a long list of fans by making several tours and playing silent films' soundtracks; they have also shot to fame for their superb performances in museums, theaters, performing arts centers and college campuses. Their recent tour to US for a 7-week make them gain an international fame.
All the members of the band are well qualified. For example: Brendon Wood from Tiverton, Rhode Island, is Bachelors of Fine Arts in Music from the University of Mass.
