E-40 is the rapper from Vallejo, California that made his name as a part of the rap group The Click and record label Sick Wid It Records. He has also reached out with a solo career, beginning with the solo album Federal in 1992. E-40 Tickets have been available since 1991, from his beginnings as a talent show winner at Grambling State University.
Born on November 15, 1967 as Earl Stevens, E-40 formed the group MVP with D-Shot and his cousin B-Legit in his hometown of Vallejo. The group then expanded with the addition of his sister, Suga T, to form The Click.released an album in 1990, and E-40 released a solo album a year later.
Thirteen albums followed over the next two decades. The Hall of Game and My Ghetto Report Card breached the Top 10, reaching number four and three respectively. In a Major Way even went platinum. Three other albums went gold.
