Emily's Toybox
In the year 1997, the band released their first album, "I Never Get My Way". Right from their first album, the band made headlines and carved its name in gold letters in the arena of rock ‘n' roll music. The singles "Don't Say No", "Bionic" and "Where I Stand" were instant hits and the band made a place in the hearts of the audiences. In 1999 the band released another CD titled "Beach". The purpose behind this CD was to satisfy the desire of the audiences who wanted to hear a live version of the track "Bionic". The live track was recorded in a club in Selinsgrove, PA. As soon as the CD was released, it sold like hot cakes.
The album "Kindly Remove The Stick" released in 2000 is the band's most famous album till date. The tracks "Dear", "Spend Some Time" and "Remember Me" made the audiences rock to their tunes. The year 2000 was a double whammy for the band as they released another CD titled "Mistletoe & Mayonnaise". Another special feature of this album was that all tracks were recorded live. Some of the popular tracks of this album are "Dear", "I'm The Bomb" and "Christmas Medley".
2001 saw the band in a festive mood. The band created tunes which rocked the Christmas season. The band released the album titled "Christmas Candy" which was appreciated by the old and young alike. Their rocking tunes made the season even more special. The singles "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus", "Fast Food Bells of Christmas" and "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" catapulted the band to the top, leaving all other bands behind.
2002 was a glorious year for the band. They released the album "25/7" which was appreciated by critics and audiences alike. The tracks "Just Us", "Road Rage", "Angels" and "Frozen" were widely appreciated by audiences all over the world. Continuing the Christmas tradition, the band released another album in the Christmas season titled "Merry Kiss-Mass". The band continued their winning streak as the album proved to be a resounding hit.
Fulfilling the wishes of their fans, the band released an album titled "ETB LIVE" in 2003. As the name itself suggests all the tracks were recorded while the band played in clubs packed with their fans. The tracks "Dead Alive", "Before" and "Back of the Bus" were very well-received by the audiences.
2005 saw another hit album from the band, as they consistently kept moving on the ladder of success. The band released the album titled "Pill" to a host of fans who eagerly awaited the release of their album. Emily's Toybox is a band that comes only once in every generation. An out and out rock ‘n' roll band, their songs and music are so hot and sizzling, that they cannot be forgotten easily. There is no other band like Emily's Toybox in the entire East coast. Not only do they set the stage on fire with their amazing performances, but they have sold more records than any other band.
The band was formed by the band's lead singer and songwriter, Mike Wise. Soon after its formation the band started playing in cities like Ohio, Vermont and Florida, and made a place in the hearts of the audiences. With an average of 18-22 shows per month, the band created a niche for themselves in the world of rock ‘n' roll.
