Faktion
Faktion is a rock band from Texas. The band consists of vocalist and bassist Eremy Coan, drummer and vocalist Jeremy Moore, guitarist and vocalist Josh Franklin, guitarist and vocalist Marshal Dutton and guitarist Ryan Gibbs. Faktion is one of the new bands to spring that have sprung up over the years. The band has already had many hit singles that have been riding the charts. Their hits include 'Take It All Away,' and 'Letting You Go.' Lead singer Ryan Gibbs grew up in the suburbs of Newcastle, TX and was influenced by country music early on. As her became a teenager, his taste shifted from country to rock. He took inspiration from artists like Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, and AC/DC. The band came together at the University of North Texas's music festival.

 They were later joined by Josh. Like every other upcoming band they had to start small and slow. They played a few shows around town and also earned a reasonable fans base. Soon they invited Ryan Gibbs to join them. Gibbs was missing link in the band, he had it all evocative lyrics, deep soothing voice and a dynamic stage presence. The band recorded their first album, in Orlando titled 'Make a Dent.'
The Band's first 'Letting You Go' earned praise and accolades from all corners and was even described as an emotionally evocative musical exploration focused on the conflict between desire and freedom. In 2005, they released their first full length album 'Take It All Away,' which got a very positive response and did well. The band are looking to grow and consolidate their position, they still have a long road ahead of them.
