Halford is a heavy metal band formed by vocalist Rob Halford who was also an ex member of Judas Priest. The band consists of five members vocals by Rob Halford, bass by Mike Davis, guitar by "Metal" Mike Chlasciak , Bobby Jarzombek on drums and guitar by Roy Z. Halford is formed by the great musician Robert John Arthur Halford. He is a singer and songwriter from England. Halford shot to fame as the member of the famous heavy metal group Judas Priest. He has greatly influenced the metal and rock genre. For this he was given the nickname 'Metal God'. Halford has also been the member of many other bands like Athens Wood, Hiroshima, Abraxas, Lord Lucifer, and Thark. With Judas Priest, Halford gave major chunk of his musical career being with the band for twenty years. In 1992 in order to have a solo career he left the band. He then a formed a band named Fight. His industrial work known as Two released on Nothing Records. For the project he associated himself with Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails. For Black Sabbath, Rob Haloford have been the vocalist at threes shows. In 1992 there were two shows on 14th and 15th November where Halford replaced Ronnie James Dio. On 26th August, 2004 he at Ozzfest show in Camden replaced Osbourne as he was suffering from bronchitis.

Rob Halford formed the band Halford in 2000 same year he released the first album for the band titled 'Resurrection' . 'Resurrection' released on 8th August on Metal-is Records was very successful work by the band and got rave reviews. The album had twelve songs Made in Hell, Temptation, Locked and Loaded, Resurrection, Night Fall, The One You Love to Hate, Cyberworld , Drive, Silent Screams, Saviour, Slow Down and Twist. 'Live Insurrection' was the second album by Halford released in 2001. On 25th June 2002 the album 'Crucible' release again of Metal-is Records with fifteen songs. The songs are Golgatha, Trail of Tears, Park Manor (Instrumental), Wrath of God, Crucible , Weaving Sorrow , One Will, Fugitive, Handing Out Bullets, Hearts of Darkness, Betrayal, Crystal, Sun, Heretic and She. In 2004 Halford released 'LIVE - Disney House Of Blues Concert'. n 2006 Halford released another album titled 'Halford: Metal God Essentials - Volume 1'. 'Halford: Metal God Essentials - Volume 1' have been released with fifteen songs Screaming In The Dark, Silent Screams 1999 Demo, Trail Of Tears, Resurrection, Golgotha, Crystal, Drop Out , War Of Words, Made In Hell, Sun, Slow Down, Nailed To The Gun, Forgotten Generation, Into The Pit, Locked and Loaded. The tracks in this album include some of the early works of Rob Halford and two added tracks Drop Out and Forgotten Generation. Halford apart from being headed by such a great musician Rob Halford consists of other talented members like Roy Z , Bobby Jarzombek and more.
