The R&B singer that dabbles in soul and hip hop is coming to Reliant Stadium to promote her 2009 album, Stronger with Each Tear. The album has just been released, hitting the shelves on December 21, 2009 through the music label Geffen. The album has been a hit, reaching number two in the U.S. charts. This is definitely the first of several appearances.

This next year will surely be a busy year for her. Her last album, Growing Pains was accompanied with a busy touring schedule that has her performing in three different tours in 2008. She performed beside Jay-Z on the Heart of the City Tour, on a headlining European tour called the Growing Pain Tour, and a North American headlining tour called the Love Soul Tour with Dave Young and Robin Thicke as the opening acts.
