Kris Allen tickets are now available for an American Idol winner after the shocking ending of Season 8. The singer from Conway, Arkansas won the competition with a folk rock sound that consistently saw him draw favorable reviews from the judges. Though he was not always the front runner, he never failed to give a great performance. While others rose and fell quickly Allen outlasted everyone and courted enough votes from around the country to beat Adam Lambert and win the record contract he always wanted.
Many were surprised that Kris Allen has won. His presence was undeniable, but his performances were never very far from low key. The singer-songwriter that was a worship leader at the New Life Church as well as missionary never seemed interested in arranging a rock opera, though he admired contestants like Lambert that did. In the end, his mass appeal won him the show, the contract, and an immediate boost to any Kris Allen tickets sales.
Allen grew up in Arkansas, born in Jacksonville on June 21, 1985 and raised nearby by in Conway. He always had an interest in music. He played the viola in band in school, winning a spot on the all-state orchestra, and taught himself to play guitar at the age of 13. He even released his own independent record before he even thought to try out for the American Idol competition, recorded with his friend Michael Holmes on drums and Chase Erwin on bass, Brand New Shoes was released in 2007.

Kris Allen almost never showed up to earn a spot on the show that changed his life, only coming to support his younger brother, Daniel. In the end he would advance to Hollywood and he would take songs like Kanye West's "Heartless" and Bob Dylon's "Make You Feel My Love" and make them his own.
