La Arrolladora Banda el Limon de Rene Camacho, the Mexican banda from Limon (in Sinaloa, a state on the western coast of Mexico) led by Rene Camancha, has been performing since 1960. They have long mastered the brass-heavy music that marries German and mestizo musical influences and La Arrolladora Banda el Limon de Rene Camacho tickets have been selling out since long before they released their first album in 1997.

It is truly odd to have such a band, a group that has been selling out venues for decades but just entered the recording studio in the late 1990s. La Sierra Records became the first label able to rein La Arrolladora Banda el Limon de Rene Camacho in and properly record them. They released eight studio albums in five years before switching to Disa Records, beginning with Mas Arrolladora Que Nunca in 1997 and ending with Valio La Pena Equivocarme in 2001.
