 The then released their next album, "Another One Lost" in the year 2003, released by Palm/RX Records. The album was more oriented towards rock sound. Many fans find their albums enjoyable as each album promises something different and experiments with different genres.
In the year 2005, the band released their next album, "Not Them, You", released on Palm/RX Records. This album experiments with the evolution of the "new sound". With the release of this albums, the band has been touring frequently, garnering supports wherever they performs and has a dedicated fan base following them in many places.
They are also busy doing a side project, entitled Big in Japan. All the members of Lake Trout features in this side project, only the guitar players doesn't feature in this album. The project Big in Japan is inclined to more instrumental and is very improvisational and ambient.
