Snowboarding Tickets Snowboarding is a relatively new sport to pop up in winter athletics competitions. The sport had been part of the Winter X-Games before finally receiving enough attention and respect to join the Winter Olympics in 1998. Snowboarding tickets will be available for the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver for the courses at Cypress Mountain. The events will include the parallel giant slalom, halfpipe, and snowboard cross for both men and women. The events will begin on the fourth day of the Winter Olympics on February 15, 2010 when the men take to the course for the snowboard cross competition. Both the qualifications and finals will be held that day. The next day the women snowboarders will try and get the best times on the snowboard crossing course in qualification and finals rounds. Next the men will compete in the halfpipe, showing a whole lot of flair on February 17, 2010. There will be two qualification sessions before the finals are decided that night. The women will show their skills with crazy flips and twists the next day. Again there will be two qualifying sessions before a medals round that night.

 The last snowboarding event is the parallel giant slalom. This time the women will open the event, taking to the giant parallel slalom on February 26, 2010. They will go through the qualification process before completing the medals rounds in the afternoon. The next day, February 27, 2010, the men close the snowboarding competition at the giant parallel slalom.
