Minnesota possesses the eighth-worst ERA, the eighth-worst WHIP, the fifth-worst opposition batting average, and the 15th-ranked quality starts. Of course, there is at least one player to celebrate. Starter Scott Baker is 8-5 with nine quality starts in 18 games with a 2.88 ERA and 1.16 WHIP. Nick Blackburn has not been bad, with a 3.87 ERA and 11 quality starts in 20 games.
