The Moving Units are a Los Angeles based punk band. The band consists of Blake Miller, Johan Bogeli, and Chris Hathwell who is a former member of the hardcore outfit 'Festival of Dead Deer.' The group came into being in late 2001, coincidentally just after 'Festival of Dead Deer' broke up.
The band came together and began writing and composing their melodies. The also began playing at local gigs. After this release they switched to the Palm label who reissued their album Moving Units in early 2003. The band released its follow up in fall 2004, it was the band's full-length debut titled, 'Dangerous Dreams.'The band are a great prospect and are part of the gen-next brigade.
