2012 NBA Playoffs

The NBA Playoffs were a huge hit last season with the return to prominence by the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics. Suddenly sports fans began to wonder if NBA Playoff tickets were going to be available in their city. They were wondering whether their team was going to finish in the top eight in the Eastern Conference or the Western Conference. They were wondering if their team could stop the fateful meeting by the NBA’s most prolific franchises.

Well, after the Atlanta Hawks gave the Celtics a scare in the first round, Boston woke up and decimated the competition in the East. The Lakers easily cruised through Denver, Utah, and San Antonio in the West. The meeting ended with a dominating series-win by the Celtics. The Lakers might have gotten two wins in before the Celtics defense sealed the victory in Game Six, but playoff tickets seemed destined to end in a Celtics rally.

Now that Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Ray Allen have their rings the question is can they repeat? The Lakers once again look like the team to beat in the Western Conference. Kobe Bryant, Lamar Odom, Pau Gasol, and a healthy Andrew Bynum have the talent and the motivation to stop the trio in green from their second straight championship.

Elsewhere, teams are already posturing for NBA Playoff tickets. LeBron James is reaching new levels of dominance as he tries to get the Cleveland Cavaliers to the finals for a second time. The Orlando Magic and the Atlanta Hawks are two young upstarts trying to reverse recent history and make a postseason splash of their own.

The San Antonio Spurs fans are annual NBA playoff tickets holders, but time is starting to seep in and the wear and tear is causing experts to question the role players. The Denver Nuggets, New Orleans Hornets, a host of other teams are trying to catch the Lakers.

The NBA Playoffs may seem like a long season away, but the schedule will come to an end sooner than fans think and they hope that end will include tickets to the postseason.
