Britney Spears is back – again! IT seems though that the pop princess is finally ready to get her act together and it seems like 2009 will be a better year for her then 2008. The good times start on Dec. 2 when Britney turns 27. She says she feels like an old person now because she goes to bed by 9:30 and doesn’t go out anymore. But hey, Brit that is not such a bad thing, look what all those late nights and partying brought you before. Britney is going to party on her birthday, starting off bright and early on Good Moring America to promote her album and then a big party somewhere in New York to celebrate her b-day. December 2nd is also the day her new album “Circus” makes it big debut.
Britney tells rolling Stone magazine that she has really matured this past year, which is a good thing, considering what her last year looked like. This past year was the year of the head – shaving, the windshield- bashing, and difficulty with the paparazzi, not to mention a relationship with one of them. There were 2 trips to the psych. ward and custody battles over the kids. Her father even got legal conservatorship so he could mange her finances and affairs. This has been a good thing for Britney and has really helped her get her life back in order. For now things do look like they are falling into place. She looks like the old Brit with her beautiful blond locks back, and she has worked hard to get her killer body back again.
Now let’s talk about the new album. The title “Circus” seems fitting based on her life this last year and she has taken those troubles and turned them into songs. “Circus” really lets you see the pop princess and troubled celebrity brought into focus as one. There is the song called “Blur”, “Lace and Leather”, “Out from Under” and “My Baby” to name of few of the tracks that were her life last year. IT seems that the reviews are good. This album shows her self confident and in control again. She already has a hit “Womanizer” on the album so that is good sign. Maybe this time Britney is actually back to stay.
