Paris Hilton loses millions

You can always find a Paris Hilton story and here is the latest. The heiress’s house was broken into at 5 a.m. this morning. Luckily Paris was not home and is said to have been still out partying from the previous night. Paris likes to party big and it is said that she started the night at dinner and then stopped by Christina Aguilera’s birthday party (which by the way was a Clockwork Orange themed party – interesting huh?) and then she headed off to Bar Delux. At the bar were Avril Lavigne, Katy Perry and Perez Hilton

So getting back to the burglary, it is reported that $2 million in jewelry was stolen along with some other things. Poor Paris and she was so happy about moving into her own new home. Apparently the burglars got in through an unlocked door – come on Paris – if you have millions of dollars of jewelry laying around your place make sure all the doors and windows are locked before you leave for the night. According to the L.A.P.D. detectives the burglar was a lone man who was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves. Basically he ransacked her bedroom took what he wanted and fled. There has also been a group of burglars that have hit over 70 homes in some of the ritzy areas like Beverly Hills, Bel- Air and Holmby Hills. These burglaries have been done by 2 – 3 men and they have been spotted wearing ski masks, all black, and gloves. The police believe that the Paris Hilton incident was separate form those robberies. Some of the victims of those robberies have been some well known people like Sherry Lansing, who was the former Paramount Pictures Chief, Cuttino Mobley of the Clippers basketball team, John Taylor from Duran Duran and even Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.

I wonder where Paris will be sleeping tonight, I would guess not at home. Pretty scary. And to think she has surveillance cameras in her home, plus it was a security guard that reported the burglary. I hope they find the guy and that Paris learns a valuable lesson about guarding her valuables lock the door and keep you jewelry in a safe.
