Lindsay Lohan is back in the news this weekend for all sorts of reasons. First off an arrest warrant has been issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court from back in 2007 from her DUI and hit and run case. At this point there is not really much more information than that to share except the police are hoping Lindsay will turn herself in soon and that the situation can be resolved. There is a hearing set for Monday morning and it somehow involves her probation. The judge in the case has requested that Lindsay be in attendance.  So we will just have to wait until Monday to find out what this is all about. A defense attorney not involved in this particular case has said that “the warrant could have been issued for anything as small as failing to report and address change to the court to failing to complete a DUI class.” I sure would hope that since she is in the middle of a 3 year probation term that she has been minding her P’s and Q’s and doing the right things. I will keep you posted.

In more Lindsay news, it seems that Samantha Ronson and Lindsay are fighting again and once more the police came to check out the situation after receiving a 911 call from a neighbor. So get this, as I just mentioned the police have been trying to arrest Lindsay since Friday and then boom here is a call directly to her home, but Lindsay does not even answer the door when the police arrive. She is home though, because of course, someone spotted her peaking out the window. It seems that the girls were fighting very loudly and then something came smashing through the window. Lindsay’s father is back in the spot light again saying how worried he is about “his daughters well – being”. He feels that the relationship between Lindsay and Samantha is a “toxic” relationship and “you never know when it is going to blow up”. It seems that Lindsay needs to figure some things out and I sure do hope she can do it without ending up in jail.
   
IT seems to be getting ugly between Miley Cyrus and one of her all time favorite bands Radiohead. It seems that Miley got upset at the Grammy’s when the band did not want to meet with her. They are “notoriously shy” and preferred to keep to themselves. Well Miley was not happy about this and on a radio show where she was being interviewed, she referred to the band as “Stinkin’ Radiohead” and then said “I’m gonna ruin them, I’m gonna tell everyone.” Not such nice words from sweet little Miley. The band was quite upset and released a statement saying “when Miley grows up, she’ll learn not to have a sense of entitlement.” Miley was upset by the whole Radiohead situations but went on to say that “Coldplay was so nice. Chris Martin hung out with me the whole time”. Lucky Miley huh?
