Happy news for Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick – the couple is expecting twin girls this summer via a surrogate. The “Sex and the City” star has a 6 year old son James and the entire family is very excited! After hearing some gossip last year about Matthew cheating with a 21 year old I am very happy to hear some good news about one of my favorite actresses. Sarah Jessica is 44 and Matthew is 47 and it is said that the surrogate is a 26 year old divorcee. Other good news about a couple that has been dealing with bad news and bad publicity about an alleged affair are Bruce Springsteen and wife Patti Scailfa. The 2 however seem very happy and Patti joined her husband on stage Monday night during an event honoring Tom Hanks. The Boss called up his wife and then in front of everyone gave her a big kiss. Everyone cheered. Not only were people happy to see the couple together but that Patti was doing just fine after having fallen off her horse earlier in the month.

Teenage love, why can’t we just not stop talking about the break up between 19 year old Taylor Swift and her ex Joe Jonas, 19 of the Jonas Brothers? Well we all know singers like to release their sorrow and pain through their songs (just ask Pink and Alanis Morrisette) and it seems that Swift is no different and her song “Forever and Always” is about the break up between her and Joe. Joe is not mad to hear about the break up in a song and in fact he says “it’s flattering” and “it’s always nice to hear their side of the story. More bad news for Jon Gosselin from the TLC reality show “Jon and Kate Plus 8”. The rumors are swirling again about Jon and his cheating ways and this time it seems that he was caught and photographed with another woman coming out of a bar together at 2 in the morning.  Witnesses also say they overheard him call her “babe” on more than one occasion. Jon is still denying any form of cheating and sent an email to US Magazine claiming that the woman is just a friend of his. He writes “Yes, I have female friends – but that‘s all she is. I’m not going to end my friendships just because I am on TV.” Where was Kate during all this? She was actually out promoting her new book called “Eight Little Faces” and was in Washington during the night in question.  The show has been renewed for a 5th season which should be interesting since in the finale the couple did admit they were going through a bit of a “rough patch”. But hey who doesn’t, especially with all those kids and your life being filmed all the time for a TV show? They are a good family and those kids need their daddy. I hope they can get through the rough patch and work it out.

And last but not least….fact or fiction? Star Magazine is reporting that Jennifer Aniston has started the adoption process in California and is planning on adopting a little boy.  The Star says she is even getting help from her friend Sheryl Crow who also went through the adoption process 2 years ago. I think we have heard this story 100 times already but I hope for Anniston it is true. She is 40 and not dating anyone so the time is now if she wants children in her life. I am sure if this is true or not we will be hearing more about it.
