This tour was an annual event from 1994 until 2003. Though the New York show would remain popular, the national tour lost steam and the tour ceased. The holiday spirit exhibited by Broadway could not be constrained for long. In 2008 the Radio City Christmas Spectacular once again took to the road, this time featuring the 2007 Broadway revue. The current show includes a 3D movie to open the show in Broadway, Ring Out the Bells, Twelve Days of Christmas, the Nutcracker, the Parade of the Wooden Soldiers, New York at Christmas, Here Comes Santa Claus, Magic is There, Ragdolls, Let Christmas Shine, and the Living Nativity. The Radio City Christmas Spectacular is scheduled to play in 25 cities across the United States, beginning in Madison, Wisconsin at the Coliseum at the Alliant Energy Center on November 10, 2010 and ending its trek in Austin on January 2, 2011 at the Bass Concert Hall at the University of Texas. The New York show at the Radio City Music Hall (1260 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020) begins on November 5, 2010 and runs through December 30, 2010. OnlineSeats will have Radio City Christmas Spectacular tickets for the 2010 traveling holiday show and the production at the Radio City Music Hall. Look for wonderfully cheap seats close to the stage or more affordable seats in the back row and enjoy this Christmas extravaganza. See rock and roll Santa, high kicks, and much more.
