 The dancers are mainly English and Irish and are trained at the dance centers in London and Dublin, where they are taught the highest levels as well as the techniques of Irish dance. In addition to this, they also receive special trainings in various styles of other dances. The dancers starts their training at a very young age, such as six years old. They everyday spent two hours perfecting complex Irish dance steps. They are given rigorous training which the dancers enjoy to such extent that they generate sheer electricity from the stage during show, that mesmerizes the audience like anything. When they carry out their performance, their enthusiasm and energy shines, since this is what they love doing. The costumes are especially handmade for Spirit of the Dance and the wardrobe changes every few months.
