The xx are the universally critically adored indie rock group from London. The three piece (once a four piece) group has its self-titled album named among the best of the year in 2009. Several of the songs have been used for television shows and even the 2010 Winter Olympics. The xx tickets are available for concerts in the spring of 2010 for a short North American Tour.

The band is comprised of Romy Madley Croft, Oliver Sim, and Jamie Smith. The xx all met in school at Elliot School in Wandsworth, a neighborhood in the southwest of London. The group originally had four members, but Baria Qureshi decided to leave in 2009 after the debut album had been released.
