Cirque Illumination
Neil's scouts travel to far corners of Mongolia, Russia, China to find the best contortionists, gymnasts, aerialists for whom he creates careers. The Moscow Circus, The Mongolian School of Contortion, The Russian State College for Variety Arts, The Sports Acrobatic Association of Poland, The Acrobatic Training Center of Beijing China are just a few schools for whom Neil has created opportunities. Here in America, the young performance artists are trained and supervised by Neil's team of aerialists, writers, inventors professional coaches, choreographers, gymnasts, and more hoping to be cast into one of the company's many ongoing and future productions. So far, Cirque Productions have created "Imaginique"; "Cirque Branson" and "Christmas Dreams". Their latest offing is "Illumination" which opens on June in 2007. Some of his shows include, "Cirque Dreams: Jungle Fantasy" featuring mind-boggling acrobats , aerialists, contortionists etc. Also featured is the grand ultra-violet stage that with spot-on dramatic lighting that only adds more drama to the visuals. Every animate and inanimate object on stage is in a hue of Ultra-violet. Since its opening, The Cirque has won rave reviews. Case in point, "Cirque Dreams is jaw-dropping and flawlessly executed." To the audience's shock, most of the unthinkable stunts can be performed thanks to the thorough, intensive training these Cirque productions artists go through. You will love the Cirque, it has all the wonderful elements of dance, singing, aerial acrobatics, diabolos etc but more than that you will love it because it is not just a circus but it has elements of theater, drama with lotheart and humor.  Cirque Illumination is the newest and hottest show to hit America. Created by Cirque Productions, tickets are a must-have for their shows always have great awe-inspiring quality.
At the helm of the shows is Neil Goldberg, artistic director of Cirque Productions. Originally a New Yorker with a degree in Scenic Design, Neil moved to South Florida. Before treading onto Florida, Neil had already worked in Broadway. In Florida, Neil created his own business and owned "The Zanadu Dance Company and Creative Cloth Designs", "Parties by Neil" etc. Besides he has also worked with Elizabeth Taylor, Gloria Estefan, Bob Hope, Mohammad Ali, Christopher Reeves, Dick Clark, Liza Minnelli, Joan Collins, Diana Ross and among many others like ABC, NBC, CBS and many other charity Galas around the world. Neil ran all of these between 1982 to 1992.
In 1993, Goldberg create Cirque productions which would incorporate European styles of theater and circus. In 1993, Goldberg created a new company, Cirque Productions, that would incorporate European style theater and circus. A pioneer step, as there were no American organization like this. In 1996, Cirque Productions opened in Bally's Casino Hotel.
