Times of Grace is the metalcore band comprised of Killswitch Engine guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz and former Killswitch Engine singer Jesse Leach. Times of Grace tickets have been high on metal fans watch list since it was announced this new side project would be releasing a new album in 2007. Four years later the duo is finally ready to release the album, The Hymn of a Broken Man, and now fans are anticipating a tour with few details.
The inspiration for the project came in the UK back in 2007. Dutkiewicz had emergency surgery on his back and used the recovery time to write new material. Unsure of his own voice, he contacted former bandmate Leach, and Times of Grace was complete. The new side project created much buzz in the metal and metalcore world, but the years began to pass and no album emerged.
Finally, in 2010 the duo finished recording The Hymn of a Broken Man. The headaches would not end after the studio session though. The label, Roadrunner, delayed the album's release from November 9, 2010 until January 18, 2011.
