The world of metal seems destined to be dominated by massive guitar riffs and personal vendettas. In the 1980s it was Metallica and Megadeth and in the 21st century it is Evanescence and We Are the Fallen. We Are the Fallen tickets are tickets for a concert tour schedule driven by operatic rock with a strong female vocalist belting harrowing lyrics. Fittingly, the band is the amalgamation of an American Idol contestant and a few former Evanescence group members.
Carly Smithson, of American Idol fame, joined Ben Moody, John LeCompt, and Rocky Gray of Evanescence fame and friend Marty O'Brien in 2009. We Are the Fallen actually began as talks of the future in 2003 by the jettisoned band mates, but only found its lead singer six years later. The name We Are the Fallen is an admittance of the group's roots, taken as an allusion to the 2003 Evanescence album Fallen.
The group differentiates itself by claiming to be an equal partnership that plays with more energy. Since launching a web site on June 22, 2009, We are the Fallen has found a record label unexpectedly quick and has released an album. Tear the World Dow, released in May 2010, has had a strong showing, debuting at number 33 on the Billboard 200 and the group has hit the ground running, currently co-headlining a tour with HIM for 28 shows and planning on headlining their own 14-city tour of the U.S. and Europe.
